Why You Shouldn't Smoke

 Why You Shouldn't Smoke

The nicotine and other poisonous chemicals in tobacco cause lots of diseases, like heart problems and some kinds of cancer. Smokers might feel tired and cranky because it is difficult for blood to travel around their body.

480 thousand people die every year because of smoking.

41 thousand people die because of second hand smoking

Smokers die  10 years earlier than non-smokers.

Cigarette smoke contains more than 7 thousand toxic chemicals and  at least 69 of them are known to cause cancer. Nearly 9 out of 10 smokers start smoking before the age of 18 and almost all start smoking by age 26.

Title

What is your Explanation about?

Why We Need the Wi-fi

Introduction

What are you going to explain?  Why is it important for us to pay attention to what you have to say?

What makes the wifi so important to people these days?  Is it the ways colours fly around the internet? The straightforward answer? Basically we need wifi. The one question I want you to think about it is what would we do without wifi?

Paragraph One

What is the first reason why we can’t live without your chosen invention?  Why?  How will that help us?

To keep in contact with people I haven’t seen for a long time, I use resources like Facebook, Viber, Instagram and many more.  However, without the wifi, programs like these wouldn't be able to work.  We need the wifi to connect with others overseas.  This means we get to stay in touch and keep up to date with what they are going through.  Staying connected to others keeps us happy so we don’t feel like we are alone.  Even though, we might be alone physically, the wi-fi brings us together and helps to keep our relationships strong.

Paragraph Two

What is the second reason why we can’t live without your chosen invention?  Why?  How will that help us?

Without wifi, we could say goodbye to accessing the internet in the park, in our gardens, or even in other rooms of the house or building, as we wouldn’t be able to take our phones, laptops, tablets or computers and go wireless. Without wifi, we wouldn’t have the connection to educational resources. The main reason is to that if the wifi was cut off, what would we do then? Having wifi brings everyone closer and makes people feel like they’ve multiple people can be using the internet & don't have to be connected to the modem.

Paragraph Three

What is the third reason why we can’t live without your chosen invention?  Why?  How will that help us?

Without wifi we wouldn’t be able to skype with friends and family members. This means that we would have more family time together as one.

Conclusion

The conclusion sums up all the ideas and repeats a key message to end.  This could be a recommendation or a personal connection.

Remember this??? Could it help you with your crafting today?

PF 2050

Predator Free 2050

85 million years ago NZ was one of the first countries to split apart from Gondwanaland. Gondwanaland is when all the land in the whole Earth was together in one big country - they split up and became the continents. This meant that the only mammals NZ has, either swan here or flew here.

Because NZ is an island with no mammals, the birds, insects etc became defenseless (because they had no predators to hide from). Maori and Europeans settlers killed lots of animals, and brought with them predators from other countries (for example possums, rats, stoats, dogs).

Those predators brought here by settlers, have destroyed our native birds/plants. NZ has one of the worst extinction records of any nation in the world.

NZ has been trying to control the pests by using traps, poisoning but it hasn’t really worked. We need to work together to control the pests.

It is everyone’s responsibility to control pests and protect native species - all New Zealanders.
